Physical Education

Subject Vision and Intent

The aim of the Physical Education department is to allow pupils the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of physical activities and promote lifelong participation in sport and physical activity. Pupils cover a broad curriculum in KS3, developing skills and confidence in a range of sports including invasion games, gym, dance, fitness and outdoor adventurous activities. We aim to get Hodge Hill Girls pupils to improve their fitness and enjoy their time being active as well as supporting their mental and physical wellbeing.
