We’re really pleased to see that the majority of our parents have activated their ParentPay accounts, and are using ParentPay to regularly top-up their daughters’ balance for lunch payments. A really useful feature in ParentPay is the ability for parents to set a “communication alert” so that they automatically receive an email when their daughter’s lunch balance falls below a certain amount. To learn how to set up communication alerts, simply google “ParentPay set up email alerts”, and check your Spam/Junk Mail folders, as genuine ParentPay emails can get incorrectly filtered. Please note that the email balance alert option is free-of-charge, whereas the sms-text balance alert option is chargeable to the parent’s ParentPay account.
